Natasha Drake, MSN, APRN, ANP-BC is the esteemed owner and founder of Finesse Beauty & Wellness Medspa.
With over 20 years of nursing experience, she is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in aesthetics and whole-body wellness. Though her career started in critical care and the emergency room, Natasha discovered her true passion for medical aesthetics and wellness.
Natasha’s journey in aesthetics began with training under renowned experts in the field, developing a reputation for her skilled cosmetic injections and dedication to natural, transformative results. She combines technical precision with a compassionate approach to patient care, ensuring each individual feels comfortable and empowered.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Natasha is a mentor, wife, devoted mother, and proud grandmother. Originally from Buffalo, she brings a unique blend of expertise and empathy to her practice, making her a trusted figure in the community.

Meet Lauren Battaglia, our talented esthetician at Finesse Beauty & Wellness Medspa. Originally from Buffalo, Lauren discovered her passion for skincare early on, earning her esthetician license from Salon Professional Academy in 2015. Her journey began at a prominent dermatology clinic in Buffalo, where she gained invaluable one-on-one experience over five years before joining our team at Finesse.
Lauren specializes in a range of advanced skincare treatments including facials, microneedling, chemical peels, and dermaplaning, ensuring each client receives personalized care tailored to their unique skin needs. Her dedication to patient comfort extends beyond skincare—whether you prefer a friendly chat during treatments or a peaceful atmosphere with soothing white noise, Lauren strives to make every visit relaxing and enjoyable.
Outside of her passion for skincare, Lauren adores spending time with her adorable daughter and beloved dog. She has a refined taste for the color white, enjoys horror movies, and indulges in reality TV. Known for her warm personality and attentive approach, Lauren is always ready to provide expert skincare advice and welcomes consultations to address any questions you may have.

Alexa Martinez
Medical Assistant
Alexa Martinez is a dedicated Medical Assistant at Finesse Beauty and Wellness, located in the heart of Buffalo, NY. Originally from the vibrant city of New York, she moved to Buffalo to pursue her academic career at the University at Buffalo, where she is currently a senior studying for her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science. Alexa’s passion for healthcare extends beyond the classroom, as she plans to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Nursing after graduation.
Her love for aesthetics and beauty led her to the world of medical spas, where she is able to combine her medical training with her passion for cosmetics and skincare. Alexa finds great fulfillment in helping clients achieve their beauty and wellness goals, while continually developing her skills under the mentorship of Natasha Drake, the visionary behind Finesse Beauty and Wellness.
Looking ahead, Alexa aspires to one day establish her own practice, drawing inspiration from the expertise and knowledge she gains from Natasha and the dedicated team at Finesse. Together, they aim to create a space where beauty and healthcare intersect, empowering clients to embrace their best selves.

Chelsey Pelkey BSN
RN
Chelsey Pelkey, BSN, RN, brings a wealth of nursing experience and a passion for wellness to Finesse Beauty & Wellness Medspa. Originally from Buffalo, NY, Chelsey earned her BSN from Daemen College following her RN training at Trocaire College. Her nursing career began in critical care, where she spent 12 years and also enjoyed the adventures of being a travel nurse along the East Coast.
After settling back in Buffalo, Chelsey embraced family life, marrying and raising two adorable boys. Transitioning from hospital environments, she now thrives in the clinic setting at Finesse Beauty & Wellness Medspa. Chelsey specializes in our medical weight loss program follow-ups and is renowned for her expertise as a skilled nurse injector, particularly in administering Botox treatments.
Outside of her professional achievements, Chelsey is known for her athletic prowess and dedication to fitness, often found at the gym pursuing her passion for a healthy lifestyle.
